Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Manage and optimize ITOM workflows.
• Configure and maintain Value Stream Management (VSM) modules to support development lifecycles.
• Support platform architecture and technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep technical expertise in ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with VSM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
