Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ServiceNow platform issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides.
• Mentor junior developers and support team skill development.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in technical and architectural design discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, scripting, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with ServiceNow APIs (REST and SOAP).
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, workflows, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, and HAM.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to perform and support Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
