Description

You will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service management and operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow solutions, including integrations and configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine technical requirements.
• Configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support IT operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and HAM.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Ability to conduct code reviews and participate in design discussions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in a relevant field.
