Description

You will design and build custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform, owning the full development lifecycle from configuration to third-party cloud integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications within the ServiceNow environment using JavaScript, HTML, and Glide APIs.
• Develop web service integrations using SOAP and RESTful protocols to connect with third-party cloud applications like AWS.
• Configure Service Catalog items, complex workflows, and manage modules including Demand, Incident, Problem, Change, Survey, Knowledge, and Cloud Management.
• Implement and maintain core platform components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Certified ServiceNow Developer certification.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator certification.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
• Expertise with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Web Service Integrations (SOAP and RESTful).
• Proven track record of building custom applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMDB and Asset Management.
