Description

Act as technical architect and developer for an enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and provide product roadmap guidance through tool comparisons.
• Develop and maintain automated processes using client-side and server-side scripting.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, including Active Directory and B2B integrations.
• Design and develop Service Portal pages, widgets, and UI/UX components.
• Manage ITSM, Asset Management, and Event Management modules within the platform.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform as a Developer.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Architect for large enterprises.
• Expertise in ITOM Discovery, ITAM (HAM, SAM), and CMDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• Deep knowledge of Client and Server APIs including GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, and Script Includes.
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST, and SOAP integrations.
• Practical application of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Release Management, and Virtual Agent.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Administration or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Service Portal Certification.
