Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow modules, with a focus on ITOM and ITAM.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, specifically ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping) and ITAM (HAM/SAM).
• Maintain and optimize the CMDB, ensuring accurate CI relationships and data integrity.
• Develop and customize applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and JavaScript.
• Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, executing REST/SOAP integrations.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization while gathering requirements from stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development and enterprise implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping), ITSM, SAM, HAM, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Development principles.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and ensure compliance.
