Description

You design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure compliance with coding standards and security policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), and HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
