Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow applications and integrations based on stakeholder requirements.
• Design and implement complex workflows, business rules, and client/server scripts.
• Maintain platform performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Experience building and managing custom applications.
• Ability to build and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience with HRSD, SecOps, or GRC modules.
