Description

You will build and maintain technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, balancing deep technical execution with functional business process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical requirements to define project scope and develop detailed project plans.
• Develop and implement ServiceNow components including client scripts, business rules, and UI pages.
• Configure and manage Service Catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer logic.
• Build and maintain platform integrations and custom macros.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules.
• At least 2 years of experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Proficiency in client scripts and business rules.
• Experience developing UI pages and macros.
• Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Experience managing platform integrations.
• Any graduate degree.
