Good to Have Skills: Experience with CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, Domain Separation. Enterprise or large-scale implementation experience. Exposure to ServiceNow AI features including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Now Assist. Experience with SPM and ITOM modules. ServiceNow upgrade activities experience. SOAP APIs and MID Server knowledge. ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory, while CIS (ITSM/SPM) and ITIL 4 certifications are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and other modules including SPM, ITOM, and custom applications.
• Build custom functionality using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server for seamless system connectivity.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, secure, and performant implementations following ServiceNow best practices and standards.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, reduce technical debt, and maintain code quality standards across development projects.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support root-cause analysis to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing to build technical expertise within the organization.
• Participate in and lead ServiceNow upgrade activities to keep the platform current and optimized.

Experience Required: 6-12 years with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong experience with ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request management. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, security, and performance tuning
