Description

You will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, ensuring scalable and secure implementations. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build custom functionality using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Conduct code reviews, reduce technical debt, and maintain code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support root-cause analysis for system reliability.
• Lead ServiceNow upgrade activities and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with 6+ years total experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow architecture.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory.
• Knowledge of IntegrationHub, MID Server, and SOAP APIs.

Preferred Skills

• CIS (ITSM/SPM) and ITIL 4 certifications.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, Domain Separation, and ServiceNow AI features.
• Exposure to SPM and ITOM modules.
