Description

You will configure, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize, configure, and upgrade the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Integrate the platform with third-party systems using SOAP, REST, JDBC, and SFTP.
• Provide production support, resolving issues swiftly to maintain uptime.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain solid documentation for all changes.
• Drive platform efficiency and adhere to ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience developing on ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Incident/Change/Problem Management, and Asset Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, XML, AJAX, SOAP, and REST.
• Proven ability to deliver SOAP/REST, JDBC, and SFTP integrations.
• Experience with MID Server, probes, and automated discovery tools.
• Familiarity with platform modules including Knowledge Base and Discovery.
• Knowledge of Jelly scripting.
