Description

You will develop and optimize solutions for an IT advisory services platform on the ServiceNow Now platform.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into tailored solutions within agile teams.
• Develop and optimize workflows, Flow Designer actions, and system integrations.
• Build and customize Service Portal widgets using AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations, including third-party API authentication flows.
• Manage ACLs, RBAC, and security practices across ServiceNow and Service Portal.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow application development experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, tables, and major modules.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (server-side and client-side) and Glide APIs.
• Mandatory experience with Service Portal development (AngularJS, HTML, CSS).
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and custom catalog item creation.
• Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data synchronization solutions for ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
