Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow solutions to automate business processes and enhance system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.
• Build service request fulfillment workflows based on specific customer requirements.
• Automate manual tasks using scripting tools and native ServiceNow functionality.
• Perform integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, and SOAP calls.
• Create dashboards, home pages, reports, and performance analytics data collectors.

Required Skills

• 4 to 7 years of experience in a development role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Service Portal.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow applications such as HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, or ITOM.
• Experience with Performance Analytics implementation.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols including Active Directory, LDAP, or SiteMinder/Azure federation.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery and software release build/deploy processes.
• College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or a related technology field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications and ITIL foundations certification.
• Experience with SDLC tools like TFS, Jira, or equivalent for story maintenance.
