Description

You will design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions within enterprise IT environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ServiceNow components including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain modules across ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, PPM, and Knowledge Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using REST APIs and out-of-the-box connectors.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, provide production support, and optimize system performance.
• Align implementations with ITIL best practices and participate in system design, QA, and delivery pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with a focus on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certification.
• Expertise in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Workflows, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
• Proficiency in technical development: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Pages, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs and OOB ServiceNow connectors.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and framework.
• Experience working within AWS or Azure cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
