You will develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and functional issues.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce development standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and platform customization.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM or ITOM.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and database concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, including MS SQL or MySQL.
• Ability to collaborate in Agile development environments.
