Description

You will lead technical delivery and configuration of ServiceNow modules within an ITIL framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, and Change management.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items using UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and server scripts.
• Build automated workflows using Flow Designer.
• Manage deployment of configurations via update sets.
• Implement email notifications and scheduled jobs within the platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep understanding of the ITIL framework and its implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for server-side and client-side scripting.
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS for interface customization.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end ITIL process setup.
• Expertise in Flow Designer and Service Catalog configuration.
