Description

You will serve as the technical lead for the architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Reporting & Performance Analytics.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure complex solutions for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Performance Analytics.
• Design technical workflows, custom forms, scripts, and underlying logic using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to scope requirements while minimizing unnecessary platform customization.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to drive platform automation and stability.
• Coach and oversee offshore ServiceNow development resources to ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions in enterprise environments.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow architecture, design, development, and implementation experience.
• Extensive experience designing and developing solutions within the CMDB area, including Common Services Data Model (CSDM) and Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
• Proficiency with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, SOAP, REST, and Jelly.
• Experience with Shell Scripting and Mid Server Service Administration.
• Solid grounding in web application fundamentals, identity, and security.
• Experience with structured data, schema, databases, and version control systems like Git.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• ServiceNow certification (Master Architect, Developer, Implementation Specialist, or Administrator).

Preferred Skills

• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification or equivalent practical experience.
