You will design and implement technical solutions within a large-scale ServiceNow environment, translating business requirements into robust technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy code across multiple ITSM modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with various tools within the IT infrastructure.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Interact with IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support operations during UK or US business hours as required.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional IT experience.
• 10+ years of dedicated ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong coding skills for custom ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with multiple ITSM modules.
• Proven experience with tool integrations in IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work effectively in a large-scale environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certifications.
• Knowledge of ITOM and CMDB.
