Description

You will lead the development, configuration, and administration of complex ServiceNow projects and modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow projects, Service Portal pages, and mobile applications.
• Manage ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Maintain CMDB health, ServiceNow Discovery, and Incident Resolution Engine (IRE) remediation rules.
• Collaborate with end users to derive technical requirements and provide effective resolutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall technical experience with at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITAM modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and security models.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and IRE.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a technical field.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, ITSM, or ITAM.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
