You will lead technical initiatives and complex software engineering projects on the ServiceNow platform, resolving intricate technical challenges and consulting with clients on strategic implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale planning and complex initiatives with broad impact.
• Analyze multi-faceted software engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Resolve intricate technical situations while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Collaborate directly with client personnel on strategic implementations.
• Build and maintain platform technologies, workflows, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of ServiceNow experience building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Center.
• 2+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile methodology.
• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience.
• Experience with Employee Center Pro.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.
