Description

You will lead the technical implementation of Workspace Service Delivery (WSD) for internal and external users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of Workspace Service Delivery across the organization.
• Document technical requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope.
• Provide senior-level development expertise to guide module deployment.
• Support the lifecycle of new module implementations from requirement gathering to execution.

Required Skills

• 6-8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience at a Senior or Lead developer level.
• Strong ability to document requirements and collaborate with business teammates.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with the Workspace Service Delivery (WSD) module.
• Experience working with corporate properties modules.
