Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow projects and platform architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Mentor teams to deliver high-quality implementations and platform enhancements.
• Establish governance processes and development best practices.
• Troubleshoot critical issues and manage platform upgrades to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM (or a combination of at least two).
• ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory).
• Advanced ServiceNow scripting and platform development expertise.
• Hands-on experience in solution architecture across multiple modules.
• Proficiency with REST, SOAP, and other API integrations.
• Experience with workflow automation and configuration.
• Background in JavaScript, .NET Framework, AWS, and Data Architecture.

Preferred Skills

• CIS certification for ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
• Experience with HRSD, SPM, GRC, SEC OPS, or custom applications.
