Description

Design, architect, and implement end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and CMDB modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog Management.
• Configure and enhance workflows, UI components, client scripts, and business rules.
• Manage CMDB configurations and automate workflows for continual service improvement.
• Drive overall implementation of architectural solutions within the ServiceNow ITSM tool.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and CMDB.
• Hands-on development with JavaScript, Glide scripts, and Jelly.
• Proficiency with Web Services, REST APIs, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience building UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Strong knowledge of Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, Ajax, and Business Rules.
• Ability to manage Security Rules and data migration.
• Experience with ServiceNow Workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation workflows and resource management modules.
