Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow portals and integrations in a remote, 24x7 support capacity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the ServiceNow Service Portal and Employee Center to improve user experience.
• Implement responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and manage data exchanges between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimize AI Search, Now Mobile, and knowledge management tools.
• Troubleshoot portal-related issues and provide 24x7 support to ensure high availability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Portal and Employee Center configuration.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI development.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
• Experience managing content, knowledge bases, and self-service functionalities.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 support model.
