Description

You will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB solutions to optimize business processes.
• Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI actions, and notifications to automate operations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST and SOAP.
• Manage the CMDB by configuring CI classes, attributes, and relationships, including Discovery integrations.
• Troubleshoot platform issues to ensure environment stability and performance.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills regarding ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business analysts and technical teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ITIL certification.
