Design and implement integrations between ITSM and ITOM platforms, including discovery, event management, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between ITSM and ITOM platforms.
• Configure and customize ITOM modules to meet integration requirements.
• Set up discovery schedules, probes, sensors, patterns, and event management rules.
• Establish data synchronization mechanisms to ensure information accuracy.
• Implement data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM modules.
• Proficiency with APIs and Web Services.
• Experience using Middleware for platform integrations.
• Ability to use scripting languages for custom development.
• Any Graduate degree.
