Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Gather requirements from business and IT teams, translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow development, including customizations and integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IT Application architecture and design methodologies across multiple platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
