Description

You will lead the implementation and development of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement ITSM solutions and custom applications using ServiceNow best practices and OEM guidelines.
• Develop complex scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound scripts.
• Design and modify Service Portal widgets to improve user experience and interface functionality.
• Build and manage REST and SOAP-based integrations, including scripted APIs and Mid Server configurations.
• Configure and manage domain-separated instances to ensure data and process isolation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, workflows, and UI Policies.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integration.
• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, certificates, and MID Server management.
• Experience with Performance Analytics for service monitoring and optimization.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundations certification.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CSM, HRSD, GRC, or ITBM modules.
