Description

You will design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM platforms. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations for discovery, event management, and orchestration.
• Configure and customize ITOM modules to meet specific integration requirements.
• Set up discovery schedules, probes, sensors, patterns, and event management rules.
• Establish data synchronization mechanisms to ensure information accuracy across platforms.
• Implement data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and Web Services.
• Proficiency with middleware technologies.
• Experience with scripting languages for platform customization.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
