Description

You will build and maintain complex workflows, interfaces, and portals within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage UIBuilder components as the primary focus.
• Configure and support Customer Service Management (CSM) across multiple instances.
• Build and maintain portals using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Automate business processes using Flow Designer, business rules, and scheduled jobs.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in UIBuilder.
• Strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Advanced JavaScript skills.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow API and MID server APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
