Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, primarily focusing on ITSM and the Security Incident Response (SIR) module.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, and XML.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP services.
• Manage platform configurations and ensure adherence to ITIL processes.
• Support the full software development lifecycle within the ServiceNow environment.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, and XML.
• Proven experience with REST and SOAP service integrations.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITSM and SIR modules.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or commensurate professional experience.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a Public Trust Suitability clearance.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification or deep understanding of ITIL frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
