Description

Build, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations within an on-site engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including TSM, TNI, and OMT.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices for built-in quality.
• Manage agile workflows using SAFe and Kanban methodologies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with AWS cloud services and external hardware systems.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams using JIRA, Git, and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow application development.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer credential.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Git, and Confluence.
• Understanding of ITIL foundation principles and certification.
• Experience with AWS cloud integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related).

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating legacy applications to modern ServiceNow platforms.
• Background in telecommunications network inventory and order management systems.
