Description

You will lead the end-to-end development and technical architecture of ServiceNow CSM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of CSM solutions, including case lifecycle design, routing logic, SLAs, and customer-facing portals.
• Build and optimize platform components using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and event-driven patterns.
• Ensure platform quality through code reviews, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of specialized experience focused on ServiceNow CSM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow server-side and client-side scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer for workflow automation.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM case lifecycle and portal design.
• Ability to perform platform performance tuning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
