Description

You will lead the development, administration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer ServiceNow modules to align with business needs.
• Build custom workflows and automation using JavaScript.
• Manage platform integrations and API connections.
• Execute ServiceNow customization and scripting tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Expertise in ITAM and ITOM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and workflow automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow customization and scripting.
• Proven ability to work with APIs and integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
