Description

You will design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect maintainable ServiceNow solutions following established coding standards and best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations to meet organizational requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues regarding configurations, workflows, integrations, and platform performance.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and support teams to foster continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or Workflow Editor, including Scheduled Script Executions.
• 5+ years of experience using Flow Designer or Workflow Editor for notifications and reporting.
• 5+ years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM).
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• 5+ years of extensive knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and AJAX.
• 3+ years of experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• 5+ years of experience organizing and following complex technical procedures.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Glide scripts.
• 3+ years of experience designing or developing dashboards using Power BI.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
