Description

You will architect and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Agentic AI flows and scalable architecture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build Agentic AI flows and Agents using Out-of-the-Box and custom agents, leveraging NowAssist and Gen AI.
• Design scalable architecture by identifying issues within CMDB and Discovery and standardizing solutions.
• Create architecture and solution diagrams for stakeholder approval and implementation.
• Develop user stories with clear functional and acceptance criteria.
• Manage onsite-offshore delivery models, overseeing client interaction and offshore team performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including mid-server and API integrations.
• Experience building solutions involving CMDB and Discovery.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional user stories.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
