Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex automated systems and enterprise utilities within ServiceNow and Microsoft SQL Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise utilities by interpreting complex data models and entity relationship diagrams.
• Manage the full application lifecycle including design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
• Produce technical documentation including application architecture, detailed design, system interface, and data model documents.
• Execute gap analysis and system capacity planning to meet evolving requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and enterprise utility design.
• 7+ years of experience in design, development, and support within Microsoft SQL Server environments (version 2012+).
• 7+ years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• 4+ years of experience in a technical lead capacity.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio (version 2012+).
• 2 years of experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for version control.
• Working knowledge of IT security standards, application hardening, and data encryption.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying enterprise solutions in healthcare or correctional environments.
• Experience with VMware virtualized environments and API component development.
