Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow platform solutions. You own the technical direction for ITSM implementations and CMDB strategy.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset.
• Design and develop integrations with third-party tools using SOAP/REST web services, email, DB connectors, and plugins.
• Manage CMDB and Discovery implementations, including the creation of custom patterns.
• Resolve Discovery issues by coordinating directly with infrastructure teams.
• Lead technical teams and manage custom development of forms, fields, and workflows.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
• 4+ years of dedicated ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery experience.
• Deep understanding of CMDB and CSDM data models.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and platform customization.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM module implementation and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in team handling and technical leadership.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
