Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow platform solutions for the Houston office.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ITSM implementations, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset modules.
• Build integrations with third-party tools using web services, SOAP, REST, email, DB connectors, and plugins.
• Develop custom forms, fields, workflows, and ServiceNow scripts to meet business requirements.
• Create custom patterns and manage Discovery processes to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams and lead technical team members.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
• 4+ years of specialized experience in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
• Deep understanding of CMDB and CSDM data models.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST web services.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and custom development.
• Experience with Node.js and Java.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in team handling and technical coordination.
