Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and management of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules and associated processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including workflow configuration, integrations, and tiered support structures.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and high-level architecture for the development team.
• Manage the product backlog, design enhancements, and coordinate system releases across PEx and IT teams.
• Support the full project lifecycle from discovery and design through build, test, and deployment.
• Drive project management efforts to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and mitigate implementation risks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow functional experience.
• 2+ years of experience focused on the delivery and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD core modules.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, change management, and user adoption.
• Proven experience in solution design and technology operations management.
• Ability to conduct requirements gathering and sprint design sessions with functional and technical teams.
• Experience in managing product backlogs and establishing key project milestones.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
