Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications across Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Knowledge Management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HRSD applications, enhancing the Employee Center for personalized, role-based employee portals.
• Build dynamic HR Service Catalogs featuring request forms, contextual help, and automated fulfillment workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations connecting HRSD with enterprise systems like SuccessFactors, Payroll, Identity Management, and Collaboration Tools.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) while supporting platform upgrades.
• Translate functional requirements from HR stakeholders into technical specifications and support Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience in ServiceNow, including 2+ years in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Expert-level scripting proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAjax).
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Strong capability in UI development using Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Client Scripts.
• Experience building integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP connections, and Transform Maps.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes: onboarding, case management, performance cycles, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with CSDM, ITSM, and ITOM concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
