Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications, focusing on Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Knowledge Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build HRSD applications, enhancing Employee Center for personalized, role-based portals.
• Construct dynamic HR Service Catalogs with request forms, contextual help, and automated fulfillment workflows.
• Develop integrations connecting HRSD with SuccessFactors, Payroll, Identity Management, and Collaboration Tools.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and CSDM while supporting platform upgrades.
• Translate functional requirements from HR stakeholders into technical specifications and support Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including 2+ years in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Expert-level JavaScript and Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAjax).
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Strong UI development using Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Client Scripts.
• Experience building integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP connections, and Transform Maps.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes: onboarding, case management, performance cycles, and benefits administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CSDM, ITSM, and ITOM concepts.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
