You will design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and CSM modules, focusing on catalog development and enterprise-grade integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow Catalog items and ITSM workflows.
• Design CMDB-driven design patterns and support phased transformations.
• Build and maintain integrations across ServiceNow modules.
• Support multi-client implementations and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and CSM modules.
• Strong Catalog Development skills.
• Proven integration expertise within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting enterprise-grade implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMDB-driven design patterns.
• Background in environments involving phased transformations.
