Description

You will design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and Catalog modules, focusing on integration and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow catalogs, ITSM, and CSM functionalities to support enterprise-grade implementations.
• Design integration patterns and CMDB-driven solutions for phased transformations and multi-client environments.
• Build scalable architectural solutions that support automation and efficient workflow management.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality modules and resolve technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on expertise in ITSM, CSM, and Catalog modules.
• Strong background in ServiceNow integrations and API usage.
• Experience with CMDB-driven design patterns and automation.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting multi-client ServiceNow implementations.
• Background in leading phased digital transformations.
