Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow solutions for Cyber and Strategic Risk teams, owning custom workflows, service portal pages, and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build custom workflows, service portal pages, and widgets.
• Manage ServiceNow installations, configurations, and best practices.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop proof-of-concept applications for emerging needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• ServiceNow development expertise including Flow Designer, ACLs, and Script Includes.
• Strong CMDB implementation knowledge.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Expertise in ITSM, CSM, or SecOps modules.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of tenure in previous ServiceNow roles.
