Description

You will lead ServiceNow development across frontend and backend components, focusing on IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and SaaS Management modules for asset management.
• Implement SAM capabilities including normalization, reconciliation, publisher packs, and entitlement models.
• Support HAM lifecycle processes from receiving through disposal and CMDB mapping.
• Build automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, and Scoped Apps.
• Partner with architects and product owners to convert requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 2+ years in ITAM/SAM/HAM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with SAM, HAM, and ITAM processes.
• Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Azure.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for frontend development.
• Experience with data ingestion using MID Server and IntegrationHub Spokes.
• Understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, SaaS).

• Advanced debugging and optimization skills.
• Experience with frontend and backend component development.
