Description

You will lead IT operations automation projects using ServiceNow development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive critical automation initiatives to enhance IT operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver operational solutions.
• Develop and implement ITOM module configurations.
• Integrate ServiceNow solutions with existing ITSM and CMDB structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep technical knowledge of Service Mapping.
• Experience with Event Management.
• Proficiency in Orchestration.
• Strong JavaScript scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules.
• Working knowledge of CMDB.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
