Drive technical excellence and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions through custom application development and architectural design.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design sessions and contribute to architectural decisions for ServiceNow capabilities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain complex ServiceNow solutions using maintainable code and best practices.
• Build custom applications, integrations, and automation workflows using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards across the team.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with Business Analysts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Proven ability to design and implement custom scoped applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience working with Jira.
• Expertise in ServiceNow components such as App Engine Studio, UI Builder, and Portal Design.
