Description

Lead the technical design, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to support business growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ServiceNow DEV and PROD platforms, managing large discovery environments and multiple MID servers.
• Develop client/UI and server-side business logic, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Manage the full application lifecycle by planning regular cloning of QA, Dev, and Prod instances and performing N-1 upgrades.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow Portals, related widgets, and orchestration workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage the escalation queue for platform performance and integration problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in writing UI Macros, Data Policies, and Notifications.
• Experience migrating code through environments and resolving version conflicts.
• Ability to manage and synchronize multiple platform instances.
• Experience with ServiceNow discovery and MID server management.
• Technical leadership in designing scalable IT service solutions and integrations.
